Group Retreat Application

We are so excited to open The Forest House up to our community! Due to high demand, we have instated an application process to help with scheduling.

Here’s How it Works:

  1. Assemble your retreat group (up to 6, including you). Not sure who to go with? Get in touch with your local Unblocked Village

  2. One person from your group fill out the application below

  3. Once you are accepted, our team will be in touch with potential available dates, rates and details for your stay

  4. Upon booking, your self-guided retreat itinerary, house rules and more will be sent over in a packet via email
